Useful Data and Analysis
The Due Diligence Process includes a survey of all the constituencies of the school as well as a number of in-depth interviews with representatives of key stakeholder groups. These interviews will be with faculty, students, parents, alumni and, if desired, community leaders. Following the data collection, we will present to the Board an in-depth report of our findings as well as a draft of the Position Description.
The Board will be engaged in a thorough discussion of our finding and will guide the refinement of the final Position Description. After the Board has approved the Position Description and we are clear about the priorities of the search, we will aggressively reach into the marketplace to identify leaders possessing the full range of strategic, visionary, administrative, leadership and intellectual skills the Board requires.
