Advisory Groups selection and training
Advisory Groups are critical to the process because they spend a significant amount of time with finalist candidates. Many in these groups will have had interviewing experience, but few will have ever interviewed Head of School candidates. A training session for the Advisory Groups as well as the Search Committee prepares everyone for gaining the most information from the on-campus interviews. IES provides copyrighted material to help in this process.
