A public sector consultant with expertise in research and benchmarking, Emily specializes in helping Public Sector clients improve operations and implement new systems and methodology. As a consultant with IBM and Accenture, Emily worked with Federal agencies to set performance management goals, and assisted the Office of the Second Lady to administer the Joining Forces Community Challenge, which identifies and recognizes organizations that support and serve military families. Emily previously supported a study of cities across the United States for IBM’s Smarter Cities initiative and developed a model of the FBI’s 450 facilities.
Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce and a Master of Business Administration from U.Va.’s Darden School of Business.
